Many seniors prefer this. We'll talk through what's bothering you, and I'll schedule a time that works with your community's weekly visit. If your community isn't in my weekly schedule, I'll arrange a separate visit.
Best for: Quick questions, immediate scheduling, or if you just want to hear a friendly voice.
Option 2: Request A Callback
Tell me what's going on, and I'll call you back within 24 hours to schedule your visit.
Good for: Detailed problems, or if you're not sure which service option fits your needs.
Option 3: Book Online
If you're comfortable with online forms, you can pick your time directly.
Best for: Seniors who want to schedule at their own pace.
What to expect
After you schedule:
- You'll receive a confirmation email about when we meet and what we'll cover
- I'll confirm your appointment with a friendly call the day before
- I'll arrive on time at your community on our scheduled day and time. If you need to cancel, please call me
- We'll solve your problem together - no rushing, no jargon
- You'll get written instructions to remember what we did
- I'll check in the next day to make sure everything still works
